Have you ever wanted to record an entire game or session? You can with the full-length recording feature! Use the red "REC" button to use the feature on any of your courts that has a Save My Play camera. No new hardware or accessories needed. You can also save a play while recording without ending the recording.
How to:
Scan the QR code on a Save My Play kiosk. Select the court you'd like to start recording on. Once you see the green "Save" button, simply tap the red "REC" button below it.
In the "Record" popup, you'll have the options of creating a "Recording" or "Live Stream." Select “Recording." From the dropdown menu, select how long you'd like to record for. Don’t worry, you can always end the recording early.
Now you should see your recording management page. From here, you can tap the green "Save" button to save another play (while still recording the game/session).
Note: you can save a play and record at the same time! Saving a play will not interfere with the recording.
You can also tap the red "End Recording" button if you’d like to end the recording immediately. You can also see the time remaining.
Once the recording is finished, it will be viewable as a normal replay video by going to "Saved Plays." You will also receive an email when your recording has been processed and is ready to view.
This feature also comes ready to monetize! The default price for players is $2.50 per 15 minutes of recording, and you can change that on the facility management page.
